About Traviata

Traviata is a residential community in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, California. Residents enjoy panoramic views of the landscape and local reservoir.

The Traviata subdivision offers two story homes with three floor plans to choose from. Every home has four bedrooms and up to three baths as well as living space that ranges from 2,343 to 3,083 square feet.

The San Diego Unified School District is the second largest in the state. Students attend many highly ranked facilities like Miramar Ranch Elementary School, Marshall Middle School, and Scripps Ranch High School. There are hundreds of private institutions like the Calvary Christian Academy, Escondido Adventists Academy, the Montessori American School, and Halstrom Academy. Public universities include the University of California (UCSD) and San Diego State University (SDSU) as well as the San Diego Community College District.

Miramar Lake offers fishing, boating, and picnicking. There is also a trail that is five miles long and wraps around the lake. Visitors enjoy the panoramic views of the northern communities, Miramar, Mira Mesa, and University City.

There are several golf venues but to the north you’ll find the Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club. Besides practice facilities and a fully equipped golf shop, this club features a Ron Fream course. Banquet facilities as well as a bar and restaurant are available.

San Diego is famous for its beautiful beaches, museums, and its zoo. It is California’s second largest city and the nation’s eighth. Its economy relies on tourism, manufacturing, international trade, and military defense related activities.
